Electronic Trade Show Promotions And Marketing Ideas

Blog

Current trade show marketing is electronically communicating with clients and customers and enticing them to come and see your products during an upcoming trade show. This marketing should begin at least a month before the trade show, continue each day of the show, and end with a few after show followups. To accomplish this, make sure that you and your clients and customers have exchanged email addresses, Twitter handles, LinkedIn profiles, blog names and URLS, and other electronic IDs. Here are some other electronic marketing ideas to promote your participation in upcoming trade shows:

Pre-show Promotions - Email trade show announcements to your current clients and customers. Include your upcoming show dates, your website address, any new products that you have, and where your images are posted online. Also, mention promotions like the following that you will have during your next trade show:

  • Free Samples - Announce that you will have free samples at your booth during the show and ask people to come by. These can be small samples of your work.
  • Free Drawings - Announce that you will have free drawings and give away one of your top-of-the-line products each day of the show. In order to qualify for a drawing, a client/customer must come to your booth and leave their business card.

Social Media - Use social media to alert your followers and clients that you will be attending an upcoming trade show. Post often with product photos and videos on the following social media websites:

  • Facebook - Post photos of your latest products and give the dates of upcoming shows that you will be attending.
  • Twitter - Use the official trade show hashtag often so that people who click on it will associate you with the show.
  • LinkedIn - Post photos of your latest products and give dates of upcoming shows.
  • Yelp - Review past trade shows of the parent company hosting the upcoming show.
  • Instagram - Post photos of your latest products.
  • YouTube - Post videos describing your products and how they were made.

After Show Followup - After the show, email and tweet your current clients, customers, and any new leads that you made during the show with links to your website and Facebook page where you have posted new show photos of your products. Include the dates of future trade shows that you will be attending.

Successful trade show promotion and marketing require continuing electronic communication with your followers, clients, and customers. The advantages of this type of communication are instantaneous speed and high-quality images. Your clients can now see great images of your products within minutes their creation and find out where and when they can purchase them at the next trade show. This is great for you as an artist and great for your clients and customers too. To learn more, contact a company like Exhibit Studios Inc

Effectively Marketing Your Business With Signs

Using signs to market your business is a cost effective option that will keep paying for itself for years to come. But simply printing your company's name on a sign and setting it up for the world to see probably isn't going to drive the amount of business through your door that you are looking for. It's important to use branding techniques and to implement action-oriented colors into your message to enhance your chances of success. As a marketing assistant I understand first hand how hard it is for people to create their business presence, so I started this blog to help make things easier for those who want to increase their customer base. Hopefully the information here can help you!
